  2. 32oz diet coke (and partial refill)

  4. bean burrito, add rice, green sauce instead of red sauce (taco bell)
  5. 14 mile bicycle ride, including ascending from sea level to 750ft
  6. water, water, water
  7. pop tarts (brown suger & cinnamon) and orange juice
  8. water
  9. chicken salad (costco) sandwich with high fiber, whole wheat bread and lettuce, quinoa and a couple bites of BBQ pork ribs
