  1. cini-minis (burger king, 2 orders)
  2. 32oz diet coke (and partial refill)
  3. water, water, water
  4. bean burrito, add rice, green sauce instead of red sauce (taco bell)
  5. 14 mile bicycle ride, including ascending from sea level to 750ft
  6. water, water, water
  7. pop tarts (brown suger & cinnamon) and orange juice
  8. water
  9. chicken salad (costco) sandwich with high fiber, whole wheat bread and lettuce, quinoa and a couple bites of BBQ pork ribs

While I did technically make it to the north shore, I didn't go very far.  I asked one of the people working on the anti-predator fence how far to the road and he said a couple more miles.  I'm not sure how accurate my end point on this map is.

Here is my bike in billy goat mode.  In one direction I went over the upper path (carrying and pushing the bike, riding is impossible) and on the way back, I took the "short" route across the gap.  This required moving the bike, then moving me, then moving the bike, etc.
